1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk or almond milk
1/4 cup honey, melted
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and well-combined, scraping down the sides occasionally to ensure everything is mixed thoroughly. This should take about 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately for a consistency similar to thick frozen yogurt, or pour the mixture into a loaf pan or airtight container.
- If you choose to freeze it, cover with plastic wrap or a lid and freeze for at least an hour.
- When ready to serve, scoop the nice cream into bowls or cones and enjoy!
