1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup ice cold water
1 package (3 oz) strawberry-flavored Jello
1 container (16 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
1 ready-to-use 9-inch graham cracker crumb crust
Instructions
- Boil water while preparing the other ingredients.
- In a mixing bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jello in the boiling water, stirring for 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
- Add the ice cold water and stir until the mixture begins to thicken slightly.
- Whisk in the Cool Whip until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Refrigerate the filling for 30 minutes to allow it to firm up slightly.
- Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
