4 oz (half block) cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream (whipped to stiff peaks)
1/4 cup crushed Golden Oreos
1/4 cup chopped strawberries
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until it’s fully incorporated.
- Stir in the crushed Golden Oreos and chopped strawberries until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Shape the mixture into small, bite-sized balls. Roll them in more crushed Oreos or strawberry crumbs if desired.
- Place the cheesecake bites on a parchment-lined tray and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
- These bites can be made ahead of time and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
- Frozen strawberries are not recommended as they may release too much moisture.
- For extra flavor, drizzle with melted chocolate or caramel sauce.
