½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt (120g)
1 cup frozen mixed berries (190g)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
¼ block silken tofu (optional)
1 carrot (optional)
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
1 cup spinach or kale (optional)
1 tablespoon flax seeds (optional)
¼ cup cottage cheese (optional)
1 tablespoon nut butter (optional)
Instructions
- Toss all of the ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
- For a vegan version, use plant-based yogurt and protein powder.
- Adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup, if desired.
- Freeze the ingredients (except for milk) ahead of time for a quick smoothie prep.
- Use frozen berries for a thicker, colder texture.
