  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 1 drink

Ingredients

1 banana

1 cup milk (236ml)

½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt (120g)

1 cup frozen mixed berries (190g)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

¼ block silken tofu (optional)

1 carrot (optional)

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

1 cup spinach or kale (optional)

1 tablespoon flax seeds (optional)

¼ cup cottage cheese (optional)

1 tablespoon nut butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Toss all of the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • For a vegan version, use plant-based yogurt and protein powder.
  • Adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup, if desired.
  • Freeze the ingredients (except for milk) ahead of time for a quick smoothie prep.
  • Use frozen berries for a thicker, colder texture.
  • If you prefer a chunkier consistency, you can use a food processor instead of a blender.
  • This smoothie can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours or frozen for later use.
