Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and vanilla extract.
- Add the peanut butter to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing continuously until a smooth, thick dough forms.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the peanut butter balls for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt your chosen dipping chocolate.
- Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
- Place the dipped balls back on the baking sheet and let the chocolate set before serving.
Notes
- Use dark, milk, or white chocolate depending on your preference.
- Add chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips, or a sprinkle of sea salt for extra flavor.
- If you don’t want to dip in chocolate, roll the balls in crushed graham crackers or powdered sugar.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
