Ingredients
4 fresh peaches
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar (adjust to taste)
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
¼ teaspoon ginger powder
A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Cut each peach in half vertically and remove the seed.
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the brown sugar, cinnamon powder, ginger powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir the mixture well.
- Place the peach halves, cut side down, in the pan.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the cut side of the peaches is browned and caramelized.
- Gently flip the peaches over and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot with your choice of ice cream, yogurt, or pancakes.
