Ingredients
1 lb Italian sausage
1/2 lb pepperoni slices
1 lb ground beef
24 oz marinara sauce
2 cups mozzarella, shredded
1/2 cup parmesan, grated
16 oz penne pasta
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 green bell pepper, diced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown Italian sausage, ground beef, and diced bell pepper until meat is fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, browned meats, pepperoni, and marinara sauce. Stir until well mixed.
- Transfer mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella, parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Optional: Broil for an additional 2 minutes for a golden, crisp cheese topping.

- Use turkey sausage or ground turkey for a lighter version.
- Add mushrooms, onions, or olives for extra veggie flavor.
- Swap penne for rotini, rigatoni, or gluten-free pasta.
