Ingredients

1 lb Italian sausage

1/2 lb pepperoni slices

1 lb ground beef

24 oz marinara sauce

2 cups mozzarella, shredded

1/2 cup parmesan, grated

16 oz penne pasta

1 green bell pepper, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, brown Italian sausage, ground beef, and diced bell pepper until meat is fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, browned meats, pepperoni, and marinara sauce. Stir until well mixed.
  5. Transfer mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Top with mozzarella, parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
