  • Total Time: 5 minutes (plus 30–60 minutes optional chilling)
  • Yield: About 1 1/3 cups

Ingredients

1 cup real mayonnaise

2 tbsp whole grain mustard (or Creole mustard)

1 tbsp prepared horseradish

2 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp dried parsley

1 tsp dried snipped chives

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp all-purpose Creole or Cajun seasoning

1/2 tsp sugar (optional)

Instructions

  2. Whisk until smooth and fully blended.
  3. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour for enhanced flavor.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add hot sauce or cayenne pepper.
  • Use fresh herbs instead of dried for a brighter flavor.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1–1.5 weeks.
  • Not suitable for freezing as texture may change.
