Ingredients

1 head iceberg lettuce, finely chopped

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup banana peppers, chopped

1 cup grape tomatoes, chopped

1/2 cup salami, chopped

1/2 cup pepperoni, chopped

1/2 cup turkey, chopped

1/2 cup provolone cheese, chopped

1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

1/3 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 tbsp banana pepper juice

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Place chopped iceberg lettuce, red onion, banana peppers, grape tomatoes, salami, pepperoni, turkey, provolone, and parmesan into a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate small bowl or jar, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, banana pepper juice, garlic powder, oregano, and salt. Season with pepper to taste.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture.
