1 head iceberg lettuce, finely chopped
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup banana peppers, chopped
1 cup grape tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup salami, chopped
1/2 cup pepperoni, chopped
1/2 cup turkey, chopped
1/2 cup provolone cheese, chopped
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp banana pepper juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Place chopped iceberg lettuce, red onion, banana peppers, grape tomatoes, salami, pepperoni, turkey, provolone, and parmesan into a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate small bowl or jar, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, banana pepper juice, garlic powder, oregano, and salt. Season with pepper to taste.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture.
- Toss thoroughly until all ingredients are well coated and evenly distributed.
