Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with butter or cooking spray and dust lightly with flour.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and melted butter until well combined.
- Slowly pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir gently with a spatula until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Mix topping sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle evenly over the batter.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For mini loaves, reduce baking time to 25–30 minutes.
- For dairy-free, substitute milk with almond or oat milk and butter with coconut oil.
