Golden Grahams S’Mores Bars are a simple, no-bake treat that combines gooey marshmallows, rich milk chocolate, and crispy Golden Grahams cereal for a fun twist on the classic campfire s’mores.

Ingredients

  • 5 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 5 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup (or substitute with 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon water)
  • 7 cups Golden Grahams cereal
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (to stir in at the end)

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with butter.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt 5 cups of marshmallows, milk chocolate chips, butter, and corn syrup over low heat, stirring gently until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the Golden Grahams and remaining 1 cup of marshmallows.
  4. Press the mixture into the prepared pan using the back of a greased spatula.
  5. Let the bars harden at room temperature for about 60 minutes, then cut them into squares.

Notes

  • If you prefer a richer flavor, substitute milk chocolate with semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips.
  • Feel free to experiment with peanut butter chips, white chocolate chips, crushed graham crackers, or pretzel sticks for added texture.
