Ingredients
1 cup whole milk plain yogurt
1/3 cup instant oats (or oat flour)
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons shredded unsweetened coconut (optional but recommended)
2 tablespoons hemp seeds (optional but recommended)
1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey (optional but recommended)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup diced strawberries (trimmed of stems)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the yogurt, oats, vanilla extract, milk, shredded coconut, hemp seeds, and maple syrup or honey.
- Layer the mixture in jars or storage containers and top with the diced strawberries.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
- In the morning, enjoy your strawberry overnight oats cold, straight from the fridge.
Notes
- Use dairy-free yogurt for a vegan version.
- Adjust sweetness with more or less maple syrup, honey, or another sweetener.
- Swap strawberries with blueberries, raspberries, or bananas for variety.
- Add chia seeds, flaxseeds, or granola for extra crunch and nutrition.
- Store in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
