Ingredients

5 cloves garlic, finely grated, minced, or pressed

1 to 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (from 1 small lemon)

1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

3/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Stir 5 finely grated garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of the lemon juice, and 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard together in a small bowl until well combined.
