1 banana
1 cup frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or mixed)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate buttons in a small microwavable bowl in 15-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Pour sprinkles into a separate small bowl.
- Dip the rim of each glass into the melted white chocolate, letting the excess drip off.
- Immediately dip the rim into the sprinkles so they stick. Hold the glass upside down briefly, then set aside to let the chocolate set. Repeat for all glasses.
- Add frozen berries to a blender or large jug if using a stick blender.
- Peel and break the banana into chunks; add to the blender along with Greek yogurt.
- Pour in the milk.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into the decorated glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
Use any type of frozen berries or a mix for variety.
Swap banana for mango, pineapple, or avocado for a twist.
For a vegan version, use dairy-free yogurt and plant-based milk.
Add protein powder or nut butter for a nutritional boost.
