Ingredients
2 (8-inch) tortillas
1 tablespoon olive oil or olive oil cooking spray
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ cup pizza sauce
½ cup shredded mozzarella
6–8 slices pepperoni (or toppings of choice)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together the parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Brush or spray both sides of the tortillas with olive oil, then sprinkle the pizza seasoning mixture, reserving half of it for topping the pizza.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over each tortilla. Add pepperoni or your desired toppings and sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top. Finish by sprinkling the remaining pizza seasoning over the top.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray, then carefully place one pizza in the air fryer.
- Air fry for 4-5 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted.
- Let the pizza sit for 2-3 minutes in the basket to crisp up more before removing it with a spatula.
- Repeat the process for the second pizza.
- Slice the pizza into triangles, and enjoy!
Notes
- For gluten-free pizza, use almond flour tortillas.
- Experiment with different sauces, such as pesto, alfredo, or BBQ sauce.
- Switch up the cheese by using cheddar, provolone, or goat cheese.
- Feel free to add any favorite toppings, such as veggies, sausage, chicken, or bacon.
- Store leftover pizza in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the air fryer for 3-4 minutes at 350°F to restore crispiness.
