This Easy 5 Minute Air Fryer Tortilla Pizza is a quick, customizable personal pizza made with minimal ingredients and cooked in an air fryer for a crispy crust in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients

2 (8-inch) tortillas

1 tablespoon olive oil or olive oil cooking spray

1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ cup pizza sauce

½ cup shredded mozzarella

68 slices pepperoni (or toppings of choice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
  3. Brush or spray both sides of the tortillas with olive oil, then sprinkle the pizza seasoning mixture, reserving half of it for topping the pizza.
  4. Spread pizza sauce evenly over each tortilla. Add pepperoni or your desired toppings and sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top. Finish by sprinkling the remaining pizza seasoning over the top.
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray, then carefully place one pizza in the air fryer.
  6. Air fry for 4-5 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted.
  7. Let the pizza sit for 2-3 minutes in the basket to crisp up more before removing it with a spatula.
  8. Repeat the process for the second pizza.
  9. Slice the pizza into triangles, and enjoy!
