Ingredients

1 lb. chicken tenders

½ cup mayonnaise

½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 packet Ranch seasoning mix

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth.
  3. Dip each chicken tender into the mayonnaise mixture, coating fully. Then dredge in crushed Ritz crackers, pressing gently so crumbs stick.
  4. Arrange coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
