Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps are a quick, satisfying meal combining tender chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, crunchy croutons, and creamy Caesar dressing, all wrapped up in a soft tortilla. Perfect for busy days and customizable to suit dietary preferences.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 3 wraps

Ingredients

3 cups chopped romaine lettuce

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into 1-inch cubes (about 2 pounds)

1 cup Italian croutons

¾ cup Caesar dressing

½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

3 flour tortilla wraps (burrito size)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cooked chicken cubes, Caesar dressing, croutons, and Parmesan cheese. Toss everything together until the salad is well coated in the dressing.
  2. Lay out 3 tortillas on a flat surface. Evenly divide the Caesar salad mixture between each wrap. If you prefer warm tortillas, you can heat them over low heat in a large skillet or follow the microwave instructions on the package to warm them up.
  3. Fold the right and left sides of each tortilla towards the center. Then, fold the side closest to you away from your body, pulling it tightly into a roll. Use a toothpick if needed to hold the wrap together.
  4. Cut the wraps in half or serve them whole, chilled or at room temperature, depending on your preference.

Notes

  • Leftover wraps can be stored in an airtight container for 1-2 days. Add croutons just before serving to keep them from getting soggy.
  • For a healthier version, use low-fat Caesar dressing or a yogurt-based dressing.
  • If you prefer warm tortillas, heat them in a skillet or microwave.
  • Feel free to add extra vegetables like cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, or avocado for more flavor and freshness.
