A refreshing and creamy copycat Chick-fil-A Frosted Lemonade that blends tangy fresh lemon juice with smooth vanilla ice cream for the perfect summer drink, ready in just 5 minutes.

  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 3 servings

Ingredients

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 1/2 cups ice cold water

6 cups vanilla ice cream (about 12 scoops)

Sliced lemons, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pour the lemon juice and sugar into a blender. Blend until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  2. Add the ice cold water to the blender and mix to chill the lemon mixture.
  3. Add the vanilla ice cream and blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly among three glasses.
  5. Garnish with lemon slices and serve immediately with a straw or spoon.

Notes

  • Use bottled lemonade instead of fresh lemon juice and sugar for a shortcut.
  • Try flavored lemonades such as raspberry or strawberry for variety.
  • Use frozen lemonade concentrate for a stronger citrus flavor.
  • For a lighter version, use sugar-free lemonade and light ice cream.
  • Mix lemon and lime juice for extra tanginess.
  • Best enjoyed immediately, but can be stored in the freezer for up to 1 day and re-blended before serving.
