1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 1/2 cups ice cold water
6 cups vanilla ice cream (about 12 scoops)
Sliced lemons, for garnish
Instructions
- Pour the lemon juice and sugar into a blender. Blend until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Add the ice cold water to the blender and mix to chill the lemon mixture.
- Add the vanilla ice cream and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Divide the mixture evenly among three glasses.
- Garnish with lemon slices and serve immediately with a straw or spoon.

- Use bottled lemonade instead of fresh lemon juice and sugar for a shortcut.
