Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup light brown sugar, packed

4 large eggs

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup Reese’s Pieces (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 11 × 13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract and salt.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder.
  5. Gently fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined—do not overmix.
  6. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  7. Sprinkle Reese’s Pieces evenly over the top.
  8. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is set and the center is still moist.
  9. Cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For a different twist, replace Reese’s Pieces with peanut butter chips, chocolate chips, or chopped peanut butter cups.
  • Avoid natural peanut butter for best texture.
