Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, melted butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
- Add eggs, vanilla extract, and salt; stir until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour and baking powder together.
- Gently fold dry ingredients into the peanut butter mixture until just combined—do not overmix.
- Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until edges are set and the center looks slightly underbaked.
- Cool completely in pan before cutting into squares.
