Ingredients
Base Ingredients
- 250 ml Milk (1 Cup)
- 2 tbsp Biscoff Spread
- 1 tsp Cocoa Powder (or Hot Chocolate Powder)
Toppings
- Whipped Cream (as desired)
- 2 Biscoff Biscuits (crushed)
- 1 tbsp Drizzled Biscoff Spread
Instructions
- Heat the Milk: Pour milk into a pan and heat it on medium to high heat. Stir occasionally to prevent burning, and once the milk starts to steam, remove the pan from the heat.
- Mix in Biscoff and Cocoa: Add the Biscoff spread and cocoa powder (or hot chocolate powder) to the warm milk. Whisk continuously until the Biscoff spread is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
- Reheat the Mixture: Return the pan to the heat and warm the mixture until it begins to steam and bubble gently, ensuring it is hot but not boiling.
- Serve and Garnish: Pour the hot chocolate into a mug. Top with whipped cream, drizzle with the additional Biscoff spread, and sprinkle crushed Biscoff biscuits on top for added texture and flavor. Enjoy immediately.
Notes
- Use full-fat or your preferred milk type for the richest flavor.
- Adjust cocoa powder quantity for desired chocolate intensity.
- Whisking vigorously helps to create a smooth and creamy texture.
- Do not boil the milk to avoid curdling or burning.
- For a vegan version, substitute milk with plant-based alternatives and use dairy-free whipped cream.
