Ingredients

½ cup unsweetened coconut milk

½ cup pineapple juice

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 cup baby spinach

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

1 cup mango chunks

½ cup frozen banana slices (about 1 medium banana)

1 cup ice cubes

½ large avocado

Instructions

  1. Add coconut milk, pineapple juice, lime juice, spinach, pineapple, mango, bananas, ice cubes, and avocado to a blender.
  2. Cover and process on medium speed for about 30 seconds, using the tamper as needed.
  3. Increase to high speed for 15 to 30 seconds until thick and smooth.
  4. Adjust with more coconut milk or pineapple juice if needed to reach the desired consistency.
