The simple seasonings and air fryer method make them incredibly easy to prepare in under 30 minutes, offering a healthier alternative to deep frying while still achieving deliciously crispy wings.

  • Total Time: 23 minutes
  • Yield: 5 servings

Ingredients

5 Whole chicken wings

1 teaspoon Paprika

¼ teaspoon Onion granules

⅛ teaspoon Garlic granules

¼ teaspoon Parsley

1 tablespoon Olive oil

Salt to taste

⅛ teaspoon Cayenne or black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine paprika, onion granules, garlic granules, parsley, salt, and olive oil. Mix well to form a seasoning paste.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry using paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. Add the wings to a large bowl and coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture, rubbing it into the wings.
  4. Arrange the seasoned wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them for even cooking. Cook in batches if necessary.
  5. Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and air fry the wings for 10 minutes.
  6. After 10 minutes, flip the wings using tongs, and air fry for another 10 minutes until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove the wings from the air fryer and serve hot.

Notes

  • Spicy Wings: Add more cayenne pepper or toss the wings in a spicy sauce like buffalo or hot sauce after cooking for an extra kick.
  • Garlic Parmesan: Toss the wings in melted butter, grated Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder after air frying.
  • Honey BBQ: Coat the wings in honey BBQ sauce after cooking for a sweet and smoky flavor.
  • Storage: Store leftover wings in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Reheating: Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 5-7 minutes to retain crispiness.
