Ingredients
1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into 1-inch cubes
1 lb baby potatoes, halved
4 tbsp butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
1 tsp fresh thyme, finely chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss steak bites with half of the melted butter, half of the minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, toss halved potatoes with the remaining butter, garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the steak bites to the basket with the potatoes and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until steak is browned and potatoes are tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

- For a vegetarian option, substitute steak with tofu or tempeh.
- Add extra vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini for variety.
- For a spicy twist, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter mixture.
