Ingredients

1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into 1-inch cubes

1 lb baby potatoes, halved

4 tbsp butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped

1 tsp fresh thyme, finely chopped

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss steak bites with half of the melted butter, half of the minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, toss halved potatoes with the remaining butter, garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Add the steak bites to the basket with the potatoes and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until steak is browned and potatoes are tender.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
